I am Leah Hanks, a Biloxi, Mississippi-based photographer and the storyteller behind LeahKate Photography. I call myself a storyteller because I am also an English teacher who loves to read and write. Words tell us the stories of people, places, and things; photo do the same. I love finding the moments that others may not see but want to remember. I love capturing those adoring glances between a couple, those toothy little grins of toddlers, the stunning beauty of a beachside sunset, and all the little things in between.

I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and have been telling stories behind the lens for several years. If you choose to order prints from me, they are personally inspected, packaged, and include a certificate of authenticity.
